Life and War

After a great war destroyed all of our civilization, a group of people tries to survive in the ruins of residential building. We follow, the life of a young man growing up in a warzone and the effects of war on this young man and his family.   

This is a post apocalyptic short story, written in first person about about societal structures and blind devotion to authority. But mostly, it is a story about the negative effects of war, the impact of war on human life, and what makes humans wage it.
